Dr. Mike Milligan is a native of Bloomington/ Normal. After graduating 3rd in his class at University High School, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston. Then he went on to graduate 1st in his class at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1978. He came home to open his first practice that very same year and has been enjoying his patients ever since.
