Dr. Mike Milligan is a native of Bloomington-Normal. After graduating 3rd in his class at University High School, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston. Then he went on to graduate 1st in his class at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1978. He came home to open his first practice that very same year and has been enjoying his patients ever since.Staying on the leading edge of dental technology has always been Dr. Milligan's goal. That's why he has compiled over 1700 hours of post-doctorate continuing education to stay current and even ahead of the game in all aspects of dentistry. You will find that Dr. Milligan's helpful and experienced staff members are also highly trained and up-to-date in all areas.
Dr. Mike has completed advanced training in non-surgical gum treatment and the latest in patient protection procedures. He has also studied with the leading cosmetic and implant dentists in the country. Dr. Milligan is a member and past president of the McLean County Dental Society, a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and has been active in several civic and community endeavors.

I spend as much time as I can enjoying the beauty of Mother Nature on the golf course. It reflects my philosophy of life."
Dr. Kenneth Gerstein - Specialist in Periodontics
Dr. Gerstein was born and raised in Chicago, IL where he received his B.S., D.D.S. and specialty certification in Periodontics from the University of Illinois. He is the recipient of numerous academic and clinical awards including the Stanley D. Tylman Award for Prosthetic Excellence, University of Illinois Award of Merit, University of Illinois Award for Achievement in Academics, Odontographic Society of Chicago Award of Merit, and induction into OKU academic honor society. He also holds a general practice residency and fellowship in Periodontics certification from the US Navy, as well as Periodontics specialty certification from the University of Illinois and the State of Illinois.Dr. Gerstein served in the U.S. Navy for 5 years during the Vietnam conflict.
Dr. Gerstein is the author of published clinical articles in the Journal of Periodontology and others. He has also published and helped innovate some of the clinical bone replacement techniques currently considered the standard of care in periodontal regeneration. Dr. Gerstein is also an implant surgeon who has extensive experience in implant diagnosis and placement.
He has been in dental and periodontal practice for over 35 years, and is a long time practitioner in the Bloomington area. He has also served as an instructor both at the University of Illinois and Parkland College as well as a dental consultant for other clinics.
