Financial Policies

We are a "Fee for Service" practice, which means fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless written financial arrangements have been made with our staff. We accept most insurance plans and are pleased to submit your insurance claims on your behalf.

We will gladly help you process and submit your insurance claims to your insurance companies such as: Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Fortis, Mass Mutual, MetLife, Principal Life, Provident, and most other Dental Insurances.

We accept these forms of payments:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, Check
